Free Cancellation – Up to One Month Prior to Meeting Time:
You can cancel your tour reservation free of charge up to one month prior to the scheduled meeting time. We’ll refund the full amount you paid for the tour.

50% Refund – Up to Two Weeks Prior to Meeting Time:
If you decide to cancel your tour reservation between two weeks and one month prior to the scheduled meeting time, we will provide a 50% refund of the total tour cost.

No Refund – Within 14 Days Prior to Meeting Time:
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days prior to the scheduled meeting time will not be eligible for a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as we have made prior arrangements and commitments to ensure the best possible experience for your tour.

Please note that the refund will be processed using the original payment method, and any applicable processing fees or charges incurred during the booking will be non-refundable.
